returns and refunds policy

Please get in touch with me via email to explain your reason along with your order number if you have it and I will get back to you with a solution as soon as I can. If appropriate I am very happy to offer an exchange as the first solution. It is just little ‘ole me here at HQ so I am sure we can come up with a happy solution.

  • I do not accept returns of personalised or custom-made items.

  • If you do not like your item please return it within 7 days via 1st class post.

  • I do not take any responsibility if the item is damaged or goes missing during its return. Always get proof of postage.

  • I only accept returns if in re-saleable condition and with original packaging.
